How does the investigation process work?
We can handle the entire investigation process over the phone/internet or we can meet at our office. It’s up to you how you want to handle that part.We will ask you a series of questions about your case in order to create an investigative plan. Once we agree on the plan, you will complete our online form which is located on our homepage under ‘Submit a Case’. This page also contains our service agreement, while will need to be approved by you, prior to commencing the investigation. Once you complete the form, simply click on ‘Submit a Payment’ and send us the payment that we agreed upon. Once these steps have been completed, we will begin the investigation.
